I am responsible for providing the food for a remote mine site. We try to have a range of healthy and fresh food, but it's hard to find healthy options in a remote site unless you have a great food services company to work with you. I have worked with a few food services over this job and my previous jobs, and I have learnt a lot about what makes some food services companies better than others.
